Booking the session
After contacting me to book your session, we will have an email or phone consultation to get an idea of what you are looking for in your photos and during your session.  You can see my photography style of photos from the image galleries. A 50% deposit is due at the time of the booking to hold your desired session date and time.  The balance will be due at the time of the session.

At the Session
Child, Maternity and Family photo sessions usually lasts between 30-45 minutes, unless otherwise specified. The shoot will be on-location. You can choose or I can suggest some appropriate locations, depending on what type of backdrop you are looking for.(Standard mileage fee will be charged for more than 25 miles from 01826).

Newborn
Newborn sessions typically last 2-3 hours.  This will include breaks to feed, change the baby, and get them into a sound sleep. The best time to take photos of a newborn is within the first 14 days.  This will enable us to get those adorable peaceful sleepy poses.  After 14 days old they are more likely to be disturbed while sleeping and can also become colicky or baby acne can start to flare. 

Upon booking your newborn session, I will send you a complete list of tips and information for a successful session in addition to a newborn questionnaire to get an insight into your style and preferred colors.

After the Session | Viewing & Purchasing Your Images
Approximately 3-4 weeks after your session, I will contact you to let you know that your gallery is finished.  We will arrange a time and location for your in-person reveal session. During the reveal, you will be presented with the full 5x7 proof set of your gallery, so that you may sort through your favorites and see the quality of the prints. Reveal sessions provide you with the personalized guidance on your print/product purchase and allow me the opportunity to show you the latest products available. 

  The use of a pro lab printer ensures that your images are true to color and printed on stronger paper stock that will last for an extended period of time. Prints produced by drugstore or superstore facilities typically have a green or yellow tinge.   I cannot guarantee the quality of your prints if done elsewhere.

Digital files can be purchased individually for $50 each or as a collection for $500. Please note that altering the images in any way is not permitted.  You will have the right to print for personal use.  I do not sell any unedited or RAW digital files.  Once the digital images are delivered, I recommend backing up your digital files on your computer immediately.
